Home-Made Ingredients
We grow our own vegetables in our vegetable garden and in a permaculture resort "Hananoie" in Astam.
Guests can find organic, fresh and delicious seasonal vegetables here.
We also make Soba (Japanese noodle), Tofu (soybean curd), etc. by ourselves.
